About us

Sparks Builders Ltd was founded in 2006 to close a gap in the Tanzanian construction and infrastructure market: the need for a single contractor capable of handling civil, electrical, mechanical, telecom & ICT, and transportation works without splitting a project across multiple uncoordinated vendors.

From building foundations and road construction to tower installations and fleet logistics, our team brings cross-disciplinary engineering expertise to every site — based in Kigamboni, Dar es Salaam, with project experience extending across Tanzania’s regions.

To date, we have completed 85 projects across the telecommunications, government, construction, manufacturing, utilities, and commercial sectors, working alongside engineers, surveyors, and technicians who understand the realities of building in Tanzania — from regulatory approval timelines to site access in difficult terrain.
