Sparks Builders Ltd was contracted to undertake a complex structural modification, reinforcement, and vertical extension of an upscale retail and showroom asset in the Masaki peninsula area.
Commercial structural remodels require surgical precision. To support an additional upper mezzanine floor and wide-span open layouts below, our engineering team introduced heavy-duty structural steel beams integrated seamlessly with reinforced concrete column jackets. This layout maximized floor space while strictly maintaining the building’s load-bearing integrity.
