Technical Execution Scope
- Substructure: Deep pile foundation with integrated cast-in-situ concrete grade beams.
- Superstructure: Five floors of high-strength reinforced concrete frames and slabs.
- Regulatory Compliance: Fully certified under the Contractors Registration Board (CRB) standards and local environmental safety guidelines.
- Material Control: Sourced premium, locally certified grade-460 steel rebar and custom specialized aggregate mixes.
The building framework successfully passed all non-destructive structural integrity tests ahead of schedule.
